There is everything.
- IELTS materials
- audio books
- fiction books
- movies
- and a lot more
However, most of the content is hosted on rapidshare, which means that you won't be able to download more, as it has limitations of downloads per IP address.
To simplify the download process, RapGet can be used. It simply tries to download you rapidshare links every set period of time.
I dream about downloading some audio books, they have some really nice sci-fi classic. But only after IELTS textbooks...

My friend and I discovered that 0,5 year premium account on Rapidshare is not very expensive (1100 roubles), so we made a pool and we are sexy ;)
I was hesitant to buy a Rapidshare account before, but then a friend of mine did it for me to download some files he wanted using my unlimited internet access. And now I think I'm going to extend it. And after all, that does not take a bunch of money, as Macy just noted.
